On November 27, 2018, as the season of charity begins, WDVR issues a call to our listeners to support the organizations and causes that matter the most to each of them. That support may be financial or it may be by volunteering.

All programming on WDVR will remind listeners of the value of the organizations we’ve highlighted throughout the month and encourage them to support those that matter most to them. To help, WDVR’s website will be set up with links and descriptions, becoming in effect a clearinghouse.

Listeners will be asked to make contributions directly to the organizations they want to support, not through WDVR. WDVR is not making a direct appeal for fundraising during this period.
