Tinsley Ellis

Atlanta-based musician Tinsley Ellis, long celebrated as one of the finest electric blues-rock guitarists of his generation, has now earned equal praise as a leading contemporary acoustic blues artist.
Drawing on four decades of touring, Ellis channels deep experience and hard-earned wisdom. Using multiple open tunings on vintage Martins and a National Steel—and even mandolin for the first time—Ellis finds endless inspiration. Touring solo, he continues to tap the pure essence of acoustic blues.
